The Initial Consult, which I like to call the Meet and Greet is where I will meet your pet(s), you will meet me, we will fill out paperwork and contracts, and I will pick up payment and the key.  At this time you will tell me how many visits you want, and what services you want during these visits.

I also provide my Quick Key Services for free.  This is where I keep your key on file in a lock box and assign it a number.  This way when you need a visit I already have the key and don't have to add the $10 trip fee to your invoice for key pick up.
